| Title: ●Boating Infrastructure Grant Program | |
|
Abstract:
This rule rescinds the U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service's regulations at 50 CFR 86, which contain general provisions for the Boating Infrastructure Grant Program authorized under the Dingell-Johnson Sport Fish Restoration Act. This rule will remove redundant and outdated regulations. A review comparing 50 CFR 86 with existing statutes and regulations confirmed that all essential provisions are already addressed in 2 CFR 200, 50 CFR Part 80, and the statutory authority. |
