Title: ●Definition of Shellfish; Inclusion of Cephalopods  
Abstract:

The Service is proposing to amend the definition for shellfish in 50 CFR Part 10.12 to remove with a shell. This is a deregulatory revision that the department is prioritizing and is intended to remove administrative burdens and address any ambiguity for legal trade.
