| Title: Fire Island National Seashore--Off-Road Driving Regulations | |
| Abstract: The proposed rule would establish standards for eligibility and issuance of driving permits for off-road vehicle operation on Fire Island National Seashore lands. This rule would also establish limits for use such as dates, times of day, and other operational conditions for driving off-road on park lands. This rule is necessary so that the National Park Service may more effectively manage off-road vehicle use and protect park resources. | |
