| Title: Delaware Water Gap NRA--Bicycle Trails | |
| Abstract: This rule would revise 36 CFR 7.71 to designate two trails for bicycle use. A detailed environmental assessment has identified appropriate bicycle trails, and current regulations require designation by special regulation. One trail, the Joseph McDade Recreational Trail, was funded and designated a multiple-use trail by the 105th Congress in 1999, and the second, the Blue Mountain Lakes Trail, would occupy abandoned roadways in what was once an area subdivided for housing. | |
