Title: Temporary Closure of Harry S. Truman National Historic Site 
Abstract: The rule establishes a closure of Harry S Truman Home in order to complete necessary repair of the structure, install fire-suppression system, and upgrade and install HVAC system. It is necessary because the closure is of a nature, magnitude, and duration that it meets the criteria in 36 CFR 1.5(b) requiring publication as a rule in the Federal Register. The closure will endure only until completion of the project, approximately 8 months.
