Title: Cape Hatteras National Seashore--Off-Road Vehicle Management 
Abstract: The National Park Service is amending the regulations for Cape Hatteras National Seashore to include designation and management of areas and routes where off-road vehicles may be used. This regulation is the result of a lawsuit settlement in April 2008 that authorized use of off-road vehicles on designated routes in accordance with the park’s management plan.
