Title: Wrangell-St. Elias Off-Road Vehicle Regulations 
Abstract:

The proposed rule would: (1) designate trails in the Nabesna District of Wrangell-St. Elias National Preserve where off-road vehicles (ORVs) may be used; (2) impose ORV size and weight restrictions; and (3) close areas to ORV use for subsistence purposes in designated wilderness. This rule is necessary to implement the Record of Decision for the August 2011 Nabesna ORV Management Plan and Final Environmental Impact Statement.
