Abstract:
This rule would phase out commercial fishing by establishing a lifetime, nontransferable system; establish coral-reef protection areas where lobster and crab traps could not be deployed; restrict methods of spear fishing; prohibit fishing for ornamental fish and sponges; and eliminate the two-day recreational lobster sport season. |
