Title: ●Cape Lookout National Seashore; Off-road Vehicle Management 
Abstract:

This rule would allow for adaptive management of off-road vehicle (ORV) use at Cape Lookout National Seashore to protect and preserve natural and cultural resources and to provide a variety of visitor experiences while minimizing conflicts among user groups.  The rule would also designate routes and establish ORV operational requirements and restrictions.
