Title: Cape Lookout National Seashore; Off-Road Vehicles 
Abstract:

This rule will allow for adaptive management of off-road vehicle (ORV) use at Cape Lookout National Seashore to protect and preserve natural and cultural resources and provide a variety of visitor experiences while minimizing conflicts among user groups. The rule will also designate routes and establish ORV operational requirements and restrictions.
