Title: Cape Lookout National Seashore; Off-Road Vehicles 
Abstract:

Since the National Park Service published a proposed rule in 2015 and a record of decision in 2017, it has implemented an interim strategy for managing off-road vehicles at Cape Lookout National Seashore. The NPS is reviewing this strategy and evaluating changed conditions at the Seashore, which will inform the next steps for environmental compliance and rulemaking.
