| Title: ●Ozark National Scenic Riverways, Motorized Vessels | |
|
Abstract:
The rule establishes new seasonal restrictions and horsepower limits on the use of motorized vessels on the Current and Jacks Fork Rivers. This rule helps accommodate a variety of desired river conditions and recreational uses, promote high-quality visitor experiences, and minimize conflicts among different user groups. The rule implements the preferred alternative in the 2014 Final General Management Plan/Wilderness Study/Environmental Impact Statement (GMP/EIS). |
