Title: ●Civil Penalties; Inflation Adjustments for Civil Monetary Penalties 
Abstract:

This interim final rule will establish inflation adjustments for civil monetary penalties under the Native American Graves Protection and Repatriation Act. The inflation adjustments have been directed under section 701 of the Bipartisan Budget Act of 2015, which requires publication of the interim final rule by July 1, 2016
