Title: Transporting Bows and Crossbows Across NPS System Units  
Abstract:

This rule would state that the NPS shall not require a permit for or prohibit an individual from transporting a bow or crossbow that is not ready for immediate use across National Park System Units if the possession of the bow or crossbow is in compliance with state law.
