Title: Whiskeytown National Recreation Area; Bicycling 
Abstract:

This proposed rule would allow for the use of bicycles on approximately 77.6 miles of trail throughout Whiskeytown National Recreation Area. NPS regulations require promulgation of a special regulation to designate new routes for bicycles off park roads and outside developed areas.
