Title: Saint Croix National Scenic Riverway; Bicycling 
Abstract:

This final rule will amend the special regulations for St. Croix National Scenic Riverway to allow bicycle use on a 0.25-mile connector trail across National Park Service (NPS) land near Cable, Wisconsin. NPS regulations require promulgation of a special regulation to designate new routes for bicycles off park roads and outside developed areas.
