Title: Technical Edits 
Abstract:

This final rule will make several technical and clarifying edits to NPS regulations that will have no substantive effect on regulated individuals or entities. The rule also will update the authority citations in part to reflect the legislative transfer of many NPS statutory authorities from title 16 to title 54 of the U.S. Code.
