Abstract:
This rule would revise NPS regulations governing filming, still photography, and audio recording activities in park areas to implement Section 125 of the EXPLORE Act, now codified at 54 U.S.C. 100905. Section 125 created exemptions from permit and fee requirements for filming, still photography, and audio recording activities in certain circumstances. |
