Title: Hopewell Furnace National Historic Site; Fishing 
Abstract:

This proposed rule would amend the special regulations for Hopewell Furnace National Historic Site to remove an unnecessary prohibition on fishing from sunset to sunrise. This rule also would update the title of 36 CFR 7.40 to refer to the current name of the Site.
