| Title: ●Yosemite National Park; Fishing | |
|
Abstract:
This rule would amend the special regulations for Yosemite National Park to remove an unnecessary regulation that prohibits fishing from horseback within the park. This activity is uncommon has not caused any resource concerns. It is generally allowed under state law and removing the prohibition would more closely align rules for fishing in the park with rules for fishing elsewhere in the state. |
