Title: Dam Safety 
Abstract:

This rule would revise OSMRE's impoundment regulations to incorporate appropriate elements of the Federal Guidelines for Dam Safety (FGDS), including requirements for emergency action plans and after-action reports. The rule would implement two December 2012 recommendations from the Office of the Inspector General. Rulemaking is required to revise the CFR.
