Abstract:

The final rule would amend OSMRE’s regulations on ten-day notices that went into effect on December 24, 2020. The final rule would amend the existing rules about when OSMRE sends ten-day notices to State regulatory authorities regarding possible SMCRA violations.

Statement of Need:
