Abstract: This rule: (1) Corrects errors and omissions made in the initial publication; (2) makes revisions required by Public Law 109-59 (SAFETEA-LU); and (3) codifies recommendations made by a tribal advisory group established under regulations. The changes are in compliance with established statutes and based on public input (tribal coordination).
