Title: Procedures for Establishing That an Indian Group Exists as an Indian Tribe 
Abstract: This rule would: (1) Reform the process for Federal acknowledgment of Indian tribes; (2) potentially add sunset provisions that would require all Indian groups to submit their documented petitions by a certain date; and (3) require the Secretary to make final determinations on Federal acknowledgment by a certain date.
