Title: Adequate Yearly Progress/Accountability 
Abstract:

This rule will allow the Bureau of Indian Education (BIE) to follow a uniform accountability system of academic standards, assessments, and adequate yearly progress calculation for BIE-funded schools, rather than the current system of using 23 States' accountability systems.
