Title: BOEM-BSEE Renewable Energy Split Final Rule 
Abstract:

Safety, compliance, and environmental enforcement functions for renewable energy activities on the Outer Continental Shelf were transferred from BOEM to BSEE. This joint BOEM-BSEE rulemaking will codify a regulatory split of functions between the two bureaus.
