Abstract:
This rule exempts certain records of the Debarment and Suspension Program system of records from particular provisions of the Privacy Act. Specifically the Department exempts certain records of the Debarment and Suspension Program system of records from one or more provisions of the Privacy Act because these records contain investigatory material. |
