| Title: Incident Management, Analysis, and Reporting System; Exempt System of Records | |
| Abstract: The Department of the Interior proposes to amend its regulations to exempt certain records from particular provisions of the Privacy Act. Specifically, the Department proposes to exempt certain records of the newly created Incident Management, Analysis, and Reporting System records from one or more provisions of the Privacy Act. In order to accomplish this, the Office of the Secretary must publish a notice of proposed rulemaking along with a system of records notice in the Federal Register. | |
