Title: Claims Under the Radiation Exposure Compensation Act; Requirements for Submission of Identification Records 
Abstract:

This rule would amend Department of Justice regulations implementing the Radiation Exposure Compensation Act, 42 U.S.C. section 2210 note (2011). This rule amends existing regulations addressing the submission of documentation to establish a claimant's identity.
