Abstract:
This rule finalizes Justice’s portion of the rule Federal Policy for the Protection of Human Subjects which was published by multiple Federal agencies (including Justice) as a NPRM on September 8, 2015, (82 FR 53933) and which was finalized by the other participating agencies (but not including Justice) by a final rule published on January 19, 2017 (82 FR 7149). This is a conforming rule to make revisions to modernize, strengthen, and make more effective the Federal Policy for the Protection of Human Subjects. |
