Abstract:

This rule will make revisions to Department of Justice regulations regarding the National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA) to address Executive Order 14154, Unleashing American Energy , the Council on Environmental Quality (CEQ) Interim Final Rule to Remove CEQ’s Implementing NEPA Regulations, and guidance issued by the Council on Environmental Quality CEQ.
