Title: Establishment of a New Drug Code for Marihuana Extract 
Abstract:

This action would finalize the creation of a new Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) controlled substances code number ("code number" or "drug code") under 21 CFR 1308.11 for "Marihuana Extract." This code number would allow the DEA and DEA-registered entities to track quantities of this material separately from quantities of natural marihuana product from cannabis sativa and also aid the DEA in complying with relevant treaty provisions.
