Abstract:

The Drug Enforcement Administration is planning to extend the time allowed for reexports of controlled substances outside of
the European Economic Area (currently, 180 days from the date of the original release from United States customs and Border
Protection) in order to increase the flexibility for reexportation of controlled substances.
