Title: ●First Step Act Time Credits -- Revisions 
Abstract:

By this rulemaking, BOP proposes to revise two sections of its regulations implementing the First Step Act time credits as authorized by 18 U.S.C. 3632(d)(4) and Section 101 of the First Step Act of 2018, Pub. L. 115391 (FSA).  The changes are necessary to bring the regulation in line with the best reading of the underlying statute.
