Abstract:
The Office of Justice Programs is revising its program rules in 28 CFR part 94, subpart A, for the International Terrorism Victim Expense Reimbursement Program ("ITVERP"). These changes will streamline program operation, more expressly reflect certain policy and procedures adopted by OVC since it began administering the program in 2006, and adjust cost category caps. |
