Abstract:
This rule proposes to revise the Executive Office for Immigration Review’s (EOIR) Fraud Program to improve the identification of fraud, to deter fraud before immigration courts and the Board of Immigration Appeals, and to enhance the authority of EOIR’s anti-fraud officer. |
