Abstract:

This interim final rule ("IFR") amends the Department of Justice ("Department" or "DOJ") Executive Office for Immigration Review’s ("EOIR") regulations to streamline administrative appellate review by the Board of Immigration Appeals ("Board" or "BIA") by amending the existing summary dismissal procedures.
