Abstract:

The Department of Homeland Security (DHS) and the Department of Justice propose to amend the regulations governing the screening standards and procedures for credible fear and reasonable fear screenings; review of negative credible fear and reasonable fear determinations by an Immigration Judge; and requests for reconsideration of negative credible fear and reasonable fear determinations following concurrence by an Immigration Judge.
