Title: Bipartisan Safer Communities Act Conforming Regulations 
Abstract:

The Department of Justice ("Department") is amending Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms, and Explosives ("ATF") regulations to conform new firearms-related definitions and requirements established by the Bipartisan Safer Communities Act (BSCA)(Pub. L. 117-159).  This final rule serves only to incorporate the new statutory provisions into existing Department firearms regulations.
