| Title: ●Timing Change for ATF Form 9 Notification | |
|
Abstract:
The proposed rule would require that exporters of firearms subject to the National Firearms Act submit an Application and Permit for Permanent Exportation of Firearms, ATF Form 9 ("Form 9”), as a notice to ATF after lawful exportation of such firearms, rather than as an application that must be submitted to ATF and approved prior to export. |
