| Title: ●Explosives Magazine Safety Requirements | |
|
Abstract:
The notice of proposed rulemaking would streamline requirements for maintaining explosives storage magazines by combining requirements in three sections on smoking, open flames, magazine cleanliness to avoid fire or explosions, vehicle parking, internal safety requirements, and similar, into one consolidated regulation. This would include removing some unnecessary items and updating others, eliminating extra details, and making it easier to identify all requirement in one place. |
