| Title: ●Transferable Clearances for Explosives Personnel | |

Abstract:
This proposed rule would provide for transferable clearances for explosives employee possessors and responsible persons who have recently been cleared by ATF under another license/permit. It would allow a responsible person or employee possessor who has been issued a letter of clearance form ATF, up to no more than three years previously under a license/user permit or no more than one year under a limited permit, to transfer to or add another explosives license/permit without having to obtain a new clearance. |
