| Title: ●Exemptions from Explosive Storage Requirement | |
|
Abstract:
The proposed rule would amend the provision that exempts an explosives licensee from the requirement that all explosive materials be stored in locked magazine. ATF proposes to revise 555.205 by requiring explosive materials to be stored in a locked magazine unless they are: 1) in the manufacturing, operating, or testing process; 2) being used; or 3) being transported. |
