Abstract:
This rule proposes rescinding 27 CFR 478.103 and to eliminate unduly burdensome and unnecessary regulations. Specifically, this rule removes the requirement that signs be posted on federal firearms licensees’ (FFLs) licensed premises and that written notification be provided with each handgun sold advising of the provisions of the Youth Handgun Safety Act Notice Requirement (YHSA). |
