Title: ●Electronic Signatures and Digital Copies of ATF Forms 
Abstract:

ATF is amending its regulations to authorize persons to use electronic signatures on ATF paper forms to import firearms, report the theft/loss of firearms from federal firearms licensees' inventory, report multiple handgun sales, report the number of firearms manufactured or exported, complete a firearms transfer, register as an importer of U.S. munitions import list articles, apply or renew an FFL, apply for a marking variance, and certify for qualifying state relief from disabilities program. In addition, ATF is amending regulations to authorize persons to use electronic signatures on ATF paper forms to make, manufacture, import, transfer, export, or register firearms regulated under the National Firearms Act.
