| Title: ●Joint Spousal Registration under the National Firearms Act | |

Abstract:
This proposed rule would authorize spouses to file a joint application as makers and/or transferees of a firearm(s) under the National Firearms Act (NFA). If said application is approved, then this would give both spouses the right to make and/or possess the firearm(s), and the transfer of the firearm(s) between spouses shall not be deemed to be a further transfer within the meaning of the NFA. |
