Abstract:
By this rule, the Department of Justice amends its regulations implementing Title VI of the Civil Rights Act of 1964 (Title VI) to align the conduct prohibited by its regulations more closely to the conduct Congress intended to prohibit when enacting Title VI, and relatedly to implement changes required by Executive Order 14281. |
