Title: Modernizing the Labor Certification Process and Enforcement for Temporary Agricultural Employment of H-2A Aliens in the United States 
Abstract: This Final Rule is designed to initiate a redesign of the process by which U.S. employers seek labor certification from the Department of Labor as an initial step to hire temporary agricultural labor under the H-2A visa program. The re-engineering of the program would include streamlining of the application process and strengthening of program integrity.
