Abstract:

The Department issued a Notice of Proposed Rulemaking (NPRM) that would revise the Wagner-Peyser Act regulations at 20 CFR 652.215 regarding Employment Service staffing to provide states with discretion regarding the type of staffing model used to deliver labor exchange services under the Wagner-Peyser Act.
