Abstract:
ETA is considering revisions to the Monitor Advocate provisions of the Employment Service regulations at 20 CFR 651, 653, and 658, to reduce any extraneous requirements that are not necessary for the efficient functioning of the labor exchange for agricultural jobs, or that are duplicative of, and may be in conflict with, existing worker protections. |
